Meet the Anthology team – a diverse group of people who are committed to breathing fresh life into London’s residential developments. A work and life experience, combined with a commitment to innovation has created a company inspired to do things a little differently.
Ben spent 14 years in the construction industry before joining Anthology in May 2015. He was excited by the opportunity to help grow a company that likes to do things a little differently, where regeneration, community and customer experience are at the heart of its values. Ben lives in Shoreditch and is a keen member of the Anthology running club.
Rukhsaar joined Anthology in December 2018 to complete a Finance apprenticeship. Rukhsaar is looking forward to gaining as much knowledge ad experience and getting to know the team at Anthology better.
Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst
Joe joined Anthology in late 2018 after returning from Australia. He is ACA qualified and has been a finance professional for over eight years. Passionate about London, Joe is thrilled to be part of a company that builds homes for the city he was born in. Outside of work Joe enjoys playing football and squash and travel.
Scott is a chartered town planner and development manager with more than 22 years’ experience in the industry. His specialisation is in design and master planning, and he always keeps his finger on the pulse of the London development scene. Scott is a keen cyclist who enjoys modernising property.
Steve has 30 years’ experience working for major building contractors and residential property developers at all levels and responsibility focusing on the London residential sector. He joined Anthology in June 2014 and has helped establish how the company operates, so it can deliver excellent build quality and an exceptional customer experience. Steve has three daughters and lives in Kent.
James joined Anthology in late 2016 after spending over 3 years at Swan Housing Association as Head of Treasury and Corporate Finance, where he refinanced the Group’s £500m debt and issued a £250m bond. Prior to Swan ,James was Group Finance Manager at Countrywide Plc for five years. As well as being a qualified accountant he holds the MCT qualification from the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
Chief Financial Officer
David is an expert in financing developments in large-scale Central London schemes. He joined Anthology in July 2014 after working at developer Mount Anvil, which honed his skills in cash management and delivering financial strategy. When not at Anthology, David can be found cycling or sailing.
Lucy is passionate about marketing and communications and has over 4 years experience working in the property sector. Having previously worked in Housing Associations Lucy is keen to experience the private sector and is drawn to Anthology’s unique way of storytelling. In her spare time Lucy enjoys travelling and all things fitness related.
Ben graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in Construction Management in 2018. He recently moved to London to join Anthology. In his spare time he enjoys playing football and cricket.
Victor De Bie
Victor recently graduated from the University of Greenwich with a master degree in real estate development and investment and has recently joined Anthology on their graduate program. Besides his strong interests in real estate, he is an avid sportsman with kitesurfing as his greatest passion. When there is no wind, he enjoys running, swimming and spending time in the gym.
Mark founded Anthology in 2013 with a vision to give London’s homebuyers the best experience possible and to fully respect the communities in which the team is privileged to work. He’s proud to have been joined by a group of people that share this vision and enjoys spending time together.
Lorri has over 8 years’ experience in the property industry and champions Anthology’s personable approach to property development, striving to create innovative ideas to keep Anthology distinctively different. In her spare time, Lorri enjoys creating her own home furnishings, interior design and socialising with friends.
Tom Joined Anthology in April 2018. He has 3 years experience working in the finance functions of residential developers. Born and raised in London he is excited to be working for Anthology, given the developments around the city. When not at work Tom keeps active by training for Triathlons and travelling.
Jasper has recently graduated from Heriot Watt University with an MSc in Real Estate Management and Development. As a first career step, Jasper joined the thriving sales team and is happy to be a part of a company that has the same passion for responsible and sustainable development that he has. When not at Anthology, Jasper spends his time travelling, watching sport or trying new restaurants.
After an undergraduate in History and French at the University of Exeter, Will worked for 3 years in management consulting and wealth management before taking a master’s degree in Real Estate at the University of Reading. He looks forward to bringing these skills to the Hale Works development. Will enjoys travelling, playing tennis and golf and trying to improve as a potter.
Amber is passionate about design, brand and innovation, and has been working in the property industry for more than 15 years. She enjoys a challenge and likes to find solutions that make sure Anthology stays ahead of the game. Amber keeps active with two young children but also enjoys running.
Bill has recently graduated from Bournemouth University and studied Project management and operations. He looks forward to working with a company like Anthology, that is recognised for its unique approach in a competitive market. Bill enjoys playing football and following rugby and Formula 1 in his spare time.
David has led commercial roles on a variety of major projects such as the London 2012 Olympics, Hinkley Point C nuclear power station and London Heathrow Terminal 5. David joined Anthology in November 2015, bringing a diverse range of experiences to the company. David is also passionate about rugby, skiing and golf.
Paige has worked across a range of areas within the London property market over the last 6 years, from residential auctions to below market value investments to off-plan development. Having moved from Brighton on her own in 2010, she has fallen in love with the architecture, culture, positivity and freedom that London has to offer. Paige is passionate about fashion, and in her free time likes to design and get out her creative energy!
Chris has 7 years experience working in the industry for both residential developers and consultancies since graduating from University. He is excited to be working for Anthology, who have a refreshing approach to the market and great team in place. Chris loves travelling, skiing, football and golf.
With extensive background in luxury real estate in New York City, Ewa earned her reputation for excel-lent customer service, expertise and leadership skills. After 15 years in NYC, she is now proud to call London her new home and is excited to be part of Anthology family. Ewa is passionate about music, food, dance and travel and in her free time likes to write.
David prides himself on bringing a fresh perspective into how the industry approaches project delivery. He’s always looking for innovative ways to run projects efficiently and make them a success. David is a keen cyclist and sailor.
Purchase Ledger Supervisor
Lena joined Anthology in December 2016 on a part time basis after working in accounts in various industries. Born and raised in London and new to the construction industry she is keen to transfer valuable skills gained to Anthology. In her spare time she enjoys making balloon structures and creating homemade cards with her daughter.
Business Systems Manager
Vijal is a qualified accountant with over 15 years’ experience working in finance and with systems He likes the passion and energy of Anthology and is looking to deliver efficient business processes to support the ambitions of the organisation. Outside of work Vijal enjoys playing football as well as other sports which helps him to keep alert and focused.
Head of Sales
With a background in luxury retail, Olivia has an unparalleled appreciation of exceptional customer service. She shares Anthology’s vision to think big and understands the importance of focusing attention on the finer details of property development, to create a unique experience for each potential buyer. Olivia is passionate about exploring new places and enjoys unwinding in the gym.
For the past few years Lucy has been working on a number of new developments across London and shares Anthology’s ethos of creating a unique home within a great community. In her free time she loves to travel, speaks fluent Russian, Polish, Lithuanian and is also a keen city cyclist and yoga enthusiast.
Chris has extensive experience in the design and delivery of challenging projects across London, having formerly led a team of surveyors in a top 10 national consultancy. His passion for the built environment serves as great motivation to drive positive outcomes. Chris lives in Berkshire with his young family and is an avid runner.
Land and Planning Manager
Annabel is a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor with a degree in Architecture and a Masters in Real Estate. She is an enthusiastic member of Anthology in the pursuit of helping to deliver the company’s goals through her expertise. Outside of work, Annabel enjoys kickboxing, travelling and cooking.
Assistant Marketing Manager
Over 12 years’ experience supporting executives in Business Development, Management and Marketing, Natalie is passionate about Anthology’s vision and keen on bringing her proactive attitude to the business. In her spare time Natalie loves to travel and discover the unique foods and culture that each country has to offer.
Neil is an expert in dealing with land acquisition and delivering complex regeneration schemes across London. He has more than 15 years’ experience in the industry and enjoys using his knowledge of London’s communities to build relationships between Anthology and local authorities. Outside of work, Neil regularly takes part in marathons in various European cities.
Ollie brings 3 years of experience in the motor industry with him to Anthology Hoxton Press. Having previously worked for Aston Martin, Ollie is new to the property industry and is looking forward to drawing on his experience to enrich the customer journey from reservation all the way to moving in. Ollie is a keen sailor and spends his spare time at home sailing the south coast or abroad.
James has over 15 years experience in the construction industry and has a keen interest in architecture, paying close attention to design trends and upcoming projects around London. Glad that London still continues to challenge for some of the world’s most impressive construction projects. James keeps active by cycling, snowboarding, and walking his Boston Terrier, Arnie.
Gavin is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years experience in the residential construction industry, working for one of the leading consultancy practices before joining Anthology in June 2018. He has a passion for residential development and is excited to help the company grew further. Gavin lives near our Hoxton Press development and spends lots of his spare time on the golf course, he also plays football weekly and loves travelling and skiing.
Darren has recently returned to the UK and joined Anthology after spending a number of years living and working in the Middle East and Asia. During this time he has gained over 10 years of experience in the London property industry. Darren is excited to be involved with a company that has both the ethos and quality of developments that Anthology has. In his spare time he follows a number of sports including football, golf and rugby and loves to travel and discover new places with his family.
Pip has been with Anthology since its inception in 2013. She worked for development and construction companies for 15 years before joining Anthology. Pip enjoys keeping the team in check and part of her role involves finding new places in London for them to explore. Pip also enjoys running, which is another great way to find London’s hidden treasures.
Harry studied Mechanical Engineering at university, but has decided to embark on a career in the property industry. His work will be predominantly focused on Anthology’s Deptford Foundry project, assisting with the delivery of the company’s first homes. Outside of work, Harry enjoys restoring old cars and trying new restaurants in London.
