Coming Soon: Anthology’s Wembley Parade set to launch
Launching this Spring, a collection of new homes at Anthology’s Wembley Parade are the latest addition to join the exciting transformation of Wembley.
London residential developer, Anthology has been transforming a vacant industrial site known as Amex House into a vibrant new community, providing 195 high-quality new homes, and offering residents quick links to Central London.
The 1.6-acre brownfield site, which formerly served as an office base for a civil engineering firm, is based on North End Road, just a three-minute walk to Wembley Park Station offering connections to the Jubilee and Metropolitan line. Once complete, Wembley Parade will comprise a collection of five buildings including a twelve-floor tower, providing one, two- and three-bedroom apartments. All homes feature a private balcony or terrace with prices starting from £399,000.
David Newey, Project Director for Wembley Parade said: “Change is happening daily across London and we are excited to be a part of Wembley’s continued transformation. Wembley is such an exciting place to be right now with quick and direct connections to Central London and its thriving hub of shops, restaurants and entertainment, including the recent opening of the popular, Boxpark Wembley.
“Wembley Parade itself has been designed with great attention to detail – the unique development is sleek, in-keeping with the existing neighbourhood and the curves of the building reflects the Wealdstone Brook which runs just behind the site.
“Due to the appealing start from price, we expect these homes will attract a vast range of buyers, especially with those looking to make their first step onto the property ladder.”
Tom Brandhorst and Amy De Klerk, are one of many first-time buyers who have found home at one of Anthology’s other London developments, Deptford Foundry:
“As Amy and I are both the first children in our families to step on to the property ladder, they are just as excited as us, which has resulted in a number of trips being made to Deptford Foundry to show our parents and grandparents. The Anthology team has been so accommodating of us popping in, as they have been along the whole process. They truly have been great and made the buying process enjoyable rather than daunting which it could possibly be for first time buyers.
“We always thought that if we wanted to own a property in London that it would be game over for us as we’d most likely have to move out to the suburbs to afford a place. However, with Help to Buy and the affordability at Deptford Foundry we can still live centrally in zone 2 in a vibrant area, and still be close to the buzz and all of our friends – it’s worked out perfectly and far sooner than expected!”
Wembley Parade development, designed by GRID Architects, will provide a mix of social rented, shared ownership, private homes and adaptable homes. There will also be a dedicated covered play space for residents’ children to enjoy, a new landscape courtyard and public realm.
