Our friends at Second Floor Studios & Arts (SFSA) have formed a new collaboration with one of the only two independent art colleges in the UK, Plymouth College of Art to showcase its emerging artists’ award-winning work.

With the ambition to create project exchanges between artists in London and South West, SFSA with the College, has arranged for the group of seven BA graduates to visit Deptford to exhibit their works at the no format Gallery between 9th November and 12th November. The Painting, Drawing and Printmaking graduates studied one of the few courses in the UK that offers materials based and process-driven education, providing graduates not only with an academic qualification, but also with practical experience to help kick start their careers in the industry. The BA Programme culminates in a final year degree show that celebrates three years hard work and showcases the emerging talent to the wider art world. The graduates’ show took place at Plymouth College of Art this June and is now on tour in Deptford as the College looks to showcase Plymouth as a centre for art and culture, not only in the South West, but also nationally and internationally.

To support the students and to see their creative projects, pop down to the no format Gallery next door to Anthology’s Deptford Foundry development.
