By using the Website and agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Whilst Anthology uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Website is secure and free of errors, viruses and other malware, we give no warranty or guaranty in that regard and you must take responsibility for maintaining the security of your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access the Website. You should use your own virus protection software.

Anthology accepts no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website.

Limitation of liability

These Terms contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior discussions, arrangements or agreements that might have taken place in relation to the terms and conditions.

If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these Terms (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms will not be affected.

Unless otherwise agreed, no delay, act or omission by a party in exercising any right or remedy will be deemed a waiver of that, or any other, right or remedy.

Applicable Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Each party agrees that the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their validity or enforceability.

Taxi Promotion

  1. Stamp duty land tax paid incentive is time limited - only valid only for the duration of the taxi campaign December 2017 to December 2018
  2. It is subject to your legal representative making the necessary disclosure to the lender and gaining approval where required
  3. Unless otherwise stated, the offer of stamp duty land tax paid is at the standard rate of SDLT only and excludes the higher rate of stamp duty land tax payable in respect of a purchase of an additional residential property (for the avoidance of doubt this excludes the 3% supplement)
  4. The offer of the incentive to pay the stamp duty land tax is payable on the basis that the duty due is not more than 5% of the total value of the home.  Any sums due over and above would be your liability to pay.
  5. If the home purchased is not your only home, you will need to cover the higher rate of stamp duty land tax incurred due on the purchase as an additional residential property.
  6. The offers advertised cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer on the same home unless expressly stated otherwise.
  7. Stamp duty land tax incentive will be paid on completion as an allowance.
  8. The Purchaser’s intention to take advantage of this offer must be disclosed at the time of reserving the home before any other discount is applied and recorded on the Reservation Form.
  9. Anthology will not be liable for the refusal of a mortgage based on the borrower’s individual circumstances which leads to the loss of any reservation fee
  10. The stamp duty land tax incentive is only applicable to the original purchase of the home and shall not apply nor be valid in the event of any assignment of the contract.
  11. It is payable at the current prevailing rate

Ideal Home Show Competition

1. The promoter is: London Real Estate Development Ltd (company no 8522309)] whose registered office is at 160 Borough High Street, London, SE1 1LB

2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Anthology and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or involvement of the competition

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Closing date for entry will be Monday 12th March at 4pm. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

-          Share a photo relating to London with @AnthologyLondon using #BuiltFromLondon

8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

10. The prize is two VIP tickets to the Ideal Home Show hosted at Olympia in London on Saturday 24th March 2018.

11. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

12. Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received

13. The winner will be notified by direct message on social media. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

16. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

18. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
