Anthology has been announced as the number one build to sell developer in London by HomeViews whose mission is to provide verified and honest insights into what it is like to live in new build developments.
“With verified resident reviews and a number of data points collected, HomeViews provides insights and comparable data for the property industry to measure their performance through the eyes of their customers.” Rory Cramer, co-founder of HomeViews
For the first time, HomeViews has released the Top 10 Build to Sell developers as rated by verified residents on HomeViews. These developments’ ratings counted towards an overall Developer ranking on HomeViews.
Number one on the list is Anthology, with developments on HomeViews including Deptford Foundry and Hoxton Press – all of which pair stylish, modern apartments with well-connected London locations. Reviewers on HomeViews have sung the praises of the Anthology team, and regularly comment on the quality of the homes and the first-class service received.
“I bought off plan over 2 years ago, throughout that time Anthology have been there every step of the way with me. Everyone has been incredibly helpful; nothing is too big or too small that can’t be dealt with or answered. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience” – Farrow, verified resident on HomeViews at Deptford Foundry
“Our incredible scores are a result of the hard work our team puts into supporting each of our residents and helping many through the process of buying their first home. HomeViews has enabled our residents to share their experience of buying with Anthology in their own words and for us to share their stories with prospective customers” Steve Bangs, Managing Director, Anthology
