Wine and dine in Tottenham Hale

With the promise of an August heatwave on the horizon, we have rounded up a few of our favourite hotspots for eating and drinking in Tottenham Hale to help guarantee that you make the most of exploring the area while the sun is shining!

Home to our very own Hale Works community, the Tottenham Hale area is full of independent eateries, quaint wine bars and hidden roof terraces, perfect for that final round of cocktails whist catching the sunset.

Costa Del Tottenham

If sunshine terrace parties and 2-4-1 cocktail happy hours sound like your kind of vibe then Costa Del Tottenham is certainly the place for you!

This establishment has been working hard to re-create that festival feeling by adding food traders, chill out areas and multiple sound systems playing disco, techno and jungle, to the venue. Make sure to book in advance to the various event evenings that they will be hosting throughout the summer. We love the sound of the summer showdown event ‘Cirque De Soul’ being hosted on 21st August.

Riverside drinks

For a more relaxed evening, why not head down to the Ferry Boat Inn to enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the famous Walthamstow Wetlands. With their menu offering everything from afternoon tea to a delicious Sunday roast, there is something for everyone. Make sure you don’t miss their weekly bottomless brunch deals!

Something a little different

Craving is an independent family-owned business, founded in 2014 by Tottenham residents Matthew & Rachel Ho. Their cafe and event space located in the Ten 87 music studios complex has become a popular hangout spot for locals looking for a fix of speciality coffee. Also on offer is their Asian fusion menu, along with beer, wine and cocktails – what more could you want when catching up with friends.

Tapas and more

This funky little spot is well known amongst locals as the place to go for some excellent Spanish dishes. Botellón Latino By Fabian offers an expansive menu with everything from empanadas to crispy fried green plantain. It’s a must try if you are in the mood to try a new cuisine. Grab a bottle of red and work your way through these delicious tapas options.

What time is it?

Ten to One is a restaurant and cocktail bar found in an old, renovated betting shop in Haringey. This cosy and unique establishment serves up a mean cocktail and is the perfect place to grab a bite to eat and a drink before heading out for a night in Tottenham.

You’ll be spoilt for choice so make sure to choose your cocktails wisely as the expert bar staff work their magic!
